In-app purchases. All Outwizar subscriptions are managed through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Your subscription, billing, and payment are handled securely by Apple or Google — Outwizar never sees your card details.
1. Subscription Plans Overview
Outwizar offers three tiers, all available as in-app purchases.

2. How to Subscribe
iPhone / iPad (iOS)
- Open the Outwizar app.
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription.
- Select your preferred plan.
- Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
- Your subscription begins immediately.
Android
- Open the Outwizar app.
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription.
- Select your preferred plan.
- Confirm with your Google Play payment method.
- Your subscription begins immediately.
3. Managing Your Subscription
Since subscriptions are handled through the App Store or Google Play, you manage them through your device settings.
iPhone / iPad
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Outwizar.
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from here.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your Profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Outwizar to manage.
4. Billing Cycle & Payment
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Payment method: payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account using the method you have on file.
- Billing date: your renewal date is based on your original subscription date. View it in your device's subscription settings.
- Annual subscriptions: Premium annual saves ~33% vs monthly (£39.99 vs £59.88). Gold annual saves ~42% vs monthly (£69.99 vs £119.88). The full amount is charged at the start of the subscription year.
- Price changes: Apple and Google will notify you before any renewal at a new price. You can cancel if you don't agree.
5. Payment Methods
Payment methods are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account:

To update your payment method, visit your Apple ID settings or Google Play account settings.
6. Receipts & Purchase History
Apple App Store
- Receipts are emailed to your Apple ID email address.
- View purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Or: Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.
Google Play Store
- Receipts are emailed to your Google account email.
- View history at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
- Or: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
iPhone / iPad
- Open Settings.
- Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Select Outwizar → Cancel Subscription.
Android
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Outwizar → Cancel subscription.
After cancellation you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and you'll revert to the Trial / free experience.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, not directly by Outwizar.
Apple App Store refunds
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the Outwizar subscription charge.
- Select "Request a refund" and follow the prompts.
- Apple typically reviews and responds within 48 hours.
Google Play refunds
- Visit Google Play Order History.
- Find the Outwizar subscription.
- Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem".
- Refunds typically process within 1–4 business days.
Refund eligibility and policies are determined by Apple and Google.
9. Free Trial
- Trial duration: 7 days of free access.
- Eligibility: free trials are typically available to first-time subscribers only. Eligibility is determined by Apple or Google based on your account history.
- Payment method: you may need to provide a payment method to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
- Cancel before the trial ends: to avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- After the trial: your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
10. Restore Purchases
- Same Apple ID / Google account: make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to purchase the subscription.
- In-app restore: Outwizar → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.
- Automatic restore: in most cases your subscription is recognised automatically when you sign in.
- Different platform: subscriptions purchased on iOS cannot be transferred to Android and vice versa.
11. Troubleshooting
- Subscription not recognised: tap "Restore Purchases" in settings and make sure you're on the correct Apple ID / Google account.
- Charged but no access: sync delays happen — restart the app or tap "Restore Purchases". If it persists, contact support.
- Payment failed: update your payment method in Apple ID or Google Play settings. The stores will retry automatically.
- Can't find the subscription: confirm you're checking the correct account — it may be linked to a different Apple ID / Google account.
