Your details
- Your registered email address
- Your name (optional but helpful)
- Platform: iOS (iPhone / iPad) or Android
- Device model: e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S24
- OS version: e.g. iOS 17.2, Android 14
- App version: found under Settings → About inside the app
Issue details
- Clear description of the issue
- When the issue first occurred
- Steps to reproduce the problem (if applicable)
- Any error messages displayed
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)

Response time
We aim to respond to all issue reports within 24–48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 GMT / BST). Reports received outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
Before you report
Many common issues can be resolved with these quick steps:
- Restart the app: close Outwizar completely and reopen it.
- Check for updates: ensure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
- Restart your device: a simple restart can resolve many issues.
- Check your internet connection: a stable connection is required for the app to function.
- Restore purchases: for subscription issues, try "Restore Purchases" in the app's Settings.
- Clear cache: on Android, try clearing the app cache from your device settings.
Security vulnerabilities
Reporting a security issue? Please use our Responsible Disclosure programme instead. Security issues require special handling and should not be reported via general support.
